- Cancellations can be requested up to and including 20th December.
- Cancellations received before 1st December are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations submitted from 1st December through 20th December will qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made after 20th December are non-refundable. No refunds will also be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or services that have been partially used.
- The applicable refund amount will be determined according to the date Travel Saga Tourism receives the cancellation request.
