- Cancellations will be accepted up to 20th December.
- Cancellations made before 1st December are eligible for a 100% refund.
- A 50% refund applies to cancellations received between 1st December and 20th December.
- Cancellations made after 20th December are non-refundable. Refunds will also not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or partially used services.
- The applicable refund will be determined based on the date Travel Saga Tourism receives the written cancellation request.
